Job OverviewFirst Choice Store is looking for a mid-level ERP Administrator (Odoo) to manage and maintain our Odoo ERP system. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting staff with the system, and helping to optimise business processes across sales, inventory, and customer service.Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain Odoo ERP modules (sales, inventory, purchasing, accounting, CRM)
  • Support users with day-to-day queries and issues
  • Configure system settings, user roles, and access rights
  • Assist with data accuracy, reporting, and system updates
  • Help implement process improvements using Odoo
  • Liaise with external partners or developers when necessary
  • Maintain system documentation and procedures
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on system use
Skills & Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP
  • Understanding of business processes in retail or trading environments
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Office-based in Bury, Greater Manchester
  • Legal right to work in the UK
Desirable Experience
  • Previous ERP or Odoo administration experience
  • Familiarity with ERP customisation or integrations
  • Knowledge of accounting or inventory processes
