Chapli kebab is a Pashtun dish, traditionally made by mixing minced meat with a blend of chilli, coriander, cumin and other warming spices, then shaping it into wide, flat patties and frying or grilling. Jazaa's 100g spice mix is built to recreate that flavour profile at home, without measuring out individual spices yourself.
How to use it
Mix the spice blend into minced beef, lamb or chicken along with chopped onion, tomato and fresh coriander, shape into wide flat patties, and fry or grill until cooked through. Serve with naan, salad, raita or chutney for the traditional street-food presentation.
